What we collect

When you enquire or book, we collect the details you enter: name, mobile number, email if you give one, dates, guest counts, room or experience choices, special requests, and the Booking ID we issue.

Payment is taken through our payment partner. We store the payment status and the amount, not your full card number or card security code.

The website may store a booking draft on your device so you can finish checkout, and it uses the essential cookies needed to keep the site working.

Why we use it

We use this information to take and manage reservations, reach you about arrival, changes, or payment, keep the guest register required of hotels in India, and improve how the resort is run.

We do not sell guest information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing unless you have asked to hear from us, for example by joining a notify list.

Who we share it with

Reservation details are shared with resort staff who need them to host you, and with the payment partner that processes the charge.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, including to the police or other authorities for the guest register or a lawful request.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as accounts, tax, and the hotel guest register require. Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them and to keep a short record of what was agreed.

You may ask us to correct inaccurate details, or to delete information we are not required to keep, by writing to valleyviewresortaraku@gmail.com.

Security

We limit access to guest records to people who need them for the reservation. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure; please use a current browser and do not share your Booking ID in public.
