Refund Policy

Rooms

A room is confirmed only after the amount due at checkout is paid. Cancellation is counted from the arrival date, in Indian Standard Time.

Cancel 7 days or more before arrival and we refund the full amount paid. Cancel 3 to 6 days before arrival and we refund 50% of the amount paid. Cancel within 72 hours of arrival, or do not arrive, and the amount paid is retained.

If you leave before the departure date on the booking, unused nights are not refunded.

Dining

A table is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Cancel at least 4 hours before the reserved time and we refund the amount paid. A later cancellation or a no-show is not refunded.

Dishes already prepared for a pre-order cannot be refunded once the kitchen has started them.

Shows

Show seats are paid in full to confirm. Cancel at least 24 hours before the performance and we refund the ticket amount. Inside 24 hours, or if the seats are unused, the amount paid is retained.

If we cancel a performance, we refund the ticket amount in full.

Guides, meetings, and celebrations

Guided walks: cancel at least 48 hours before departure and we refund the amount paid. Inside 48 hours, the amount paid is retained.

Banquet hall, open-air auditorium, meetings, parties, and wedding bookings: cancel 15 days or more before the date and we refund the advance in full. Cancel 7 to 14 days before and we refund 50% of the advance. Inside 7 days, the advance is retained. Any balance not yet collected is not charged.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks and card networks usually take 7 to 10 working days after we release the refund. We will write to the mobile number or email on the booking when the refund is sent.

If Valley View Resort cancels a confirmed booking, the amount you paid for the cancelled part is refunded in full, except where the cancellation is caused by a guest breaking the terms of stay.
